Where do I find the items I bought?

Everything you own lives under My licences. Sign in and it is all there, however long ago you bought it.

What each entry gives you

One entry per licence, and each one carries everything that item needs from us:

• The download button, which always serves the newest version the seller has published.
• Your purchase code, which some items ask for on first install.
• Which licence tier you hold, Regular or Extended.
• Your support status, and when it runs out.
• A link to contact the seller with the purchase already attached, so you do not have to explain what you bought.

Orders and licences are not the same list

My orders is the money side: what you paid, when, and with which method. Use it for receipts and for anything still being confirmed.

My licences is the ownership side, and it is the one you want day to day. A single order containing three items produces three licences.

If something is missing

Almost always it is a second account. People buy while signed in with Google and later sign in with an email and password, or the other way round, and land in an account with no purchases in it. Check which address you are signed in as first.

If the payment went through but nothing appeared after a few minutes, send us the reference from your bank or wallet through a ticket and we will trace it.
