What are seller levels?
The more you have earned with us, the smaller our cut. Levels move automatically on lifetime earnings, and your badge shows on your profile and on every item you list.
The ladder
| Level | Lifetime earned | You keep |
|---|---|---|
| Newcomer | $0 | 70% |
| Rising Seller | $500 | 73% |
| Established Seller | $2,500 | 76% |
| Expert Seller | $10,000 | 80% |
| Signature Seller | $50,000 | 85% |
How the threshold is measured
On your lifetime earnings, meaning your share after the platform fee, added up across everything you have ever sold here. Not turnover, and not any single year. Your dashboard shows how far along you are and what the next level needs.
Levels do not go down
Lifetime earnings only accumulate, so a quiet quarter cannot cost you a level you have already reached.
What the badge does for you
It appears next to your name on your store and on every item, and it is a signal to buyers deciding between two similar items. It says you have sold a lot and are still here, which is roughly what a buyer wants to know about whoever will be answering their support questions.
If you were given a custom rate
Some sellers are on a negotiated rate. If that is you, your rate stays where it is and your badge still moves with your earnings, so a special arrangement is never quietly replaced by the standard ladder.
